Return to Sanity
I feel like things are settling down again. Work has become more sane, and I'm thinking about picking up another course in my graduate program in the next month or so.
As a totally random aside, today I ate the best donut ever. It was a plain glazed cake donut with shredded coconut all over it. Big fan. Jenna brought it in just for me because she knows I adore them. I had one for the first time several Friday's ago and the next day I drove all over Charlotte looking for the same donut and couldn't find it. Apparently only the Gastonia Dunkin' Donuts can competently make this particular donut because the search was fruitless. I found a similar donut in Ballantyne, but the coconut shred was all wrong. It was far too fine.
I need to go to bed now, and dream of my coconut love.
