He Wears a Size What?
We went shoe shopping this past weekend, because both boys have outgrown their current sneakers.
Wasn't it a surprise when we measured Tristan's feet and for the the first time had to buy his shoes in the men's section. My 11-year-old boy is wearing a size 7 men's shoe.
The funny thing is that he's still short, well, a good deal shorter than me still, so he's got these big ol' feet that his body hasn't caught up to yet. It's hard for me to really believe that he's right on the cusp of no longer being little. Before too long, he's going to be taller than me. That's just so weird.
